Q: How do I book?
A: The individual web sites for each property have a 'booking form' web
page which is to be printed off, completed, and posted to us with
appropriate booking deposit cheque. Details re doing this (address,
amount required, cheque made out to etc etc) are at top of forms. Best
also to call us in
interim to ensure slot is reserved.
Q: What are Booking Terms &
Conditions?
A: These vary very slightly from property to property and are
incorporated into the booking forms. They are standard for this type of
self catering holiday lets.
Q: Who looks after the
properties locally?
A: We use various agencies and individuals locally to handle on call re
maintenance problems that arise or help you with any problems you may
have. We also use specialist companies for looking after swimming pools
and hot tub. There are also gardeners who call in routinely, this is
usually during change overs, however sometimes has to be during the
week.
Q: What do I do if I have a
problem?
A: The pool and hot tub companies leave their details locally, however
best to call or text us so as we can contact them and chase up resolving
any problems. Likewise if a problem with a kitchen appliance or similar
we can arrange repair or replacement.
