We own four large high quality holiday villas in France as described below which we offer for rental, each has high level description on page below, along with a one page summary area on menu to the left. Each has either a private pool or hot tub.
There are also dedicated web sites for each of the villas which include up to date availability charts and pricing for every week of the year. We can also offer for our customers discounted ferry and tunnel crossings.
Each villa also has it's own dedicated web site as per the links below above the thumbnail photos (click on web link or photo), all of which include large range of photos of the accommodation, and details on the areas and things to do locally.
All the villas are all let 12 months of the year. We can be contacted seven days a week 8am-10pm on Tel. 01706 839 170 regarding all four villas. This forwards to a mobile when necessary and we answer directly 99% of calls.
Beach Villa
Le Pavot - A new build property, traditional style Vendee five bedroom, two bathroom beach villa on the edge of La Tranche-sur-Mer in the small exclusive estate of Quichenottes amongst similar villas. The villa is just a 10-15 minute walk through the woods along a cycle track to the superb long (7km!) soft sandy beach the Vendee is famous for, and walking distance to the delightful seaside town of La Tranche sur Mer, one of the loveliest and most unspoilt holiday destinations in France. The villa has a large private heated pool, garden, and all mod cons. Ideal property for self catering French gite rental holiday. Ideal for two families sharing, beds for 11 people. The Vendee at it's best.
Water Mill
The Wheelhouse - Thué is an 18th century converted Water Mill set in six acres of private land, located in the Vendée region of Western France. Recently converted into two large self contained gites, referred to as ‘The Mill’ and ‘The Wheelhouse’. The Wheelhouse has accommodation for up to 12 people (Four large Bedrooms), it has a large private pool (each of the Mill & Wheelhouse have their own heated pool), private gardens and a unique French character. The Mill & Wheelhouse can also be interconnected and used as single eleven bedroom holiday accommodation. All mod cons, with new modern kitchen. 40km from the Vendee Beach areas, rural France self catering gites at their best.

Winter Chalet
Chalet Etoile [Winter] - A new build five bedroom traditional style French ski chalet situated in the Alpine village of St Jean D'Aulps, 6km from the resort of Morzine in the Rhones-Alps region of France. This holiday rental chalet is just over an hours drive from Geneva airport in the heart of the Portes du Soleil which offers the largest international ski area in the world with over 650km of marked runs catering for all levels of skiing. Just a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in the village but benefits from the fantastic views and tranquil setting the French Alps are famous for. This rental accommodation has outside Hot Tub and all mod cons, and is ideally situated for activity holidays such as skiing, snowboarding and all Alpine winter sports.
Summer Chalet
Chalet Etoile [Summer] - A new build five bedroom traditional style French chalet situated in the Alpine village of St Jean D'Aulps, 6km from the resort of Morzine in the Rhones-Alps region of France. This summer holiday rental chalet is just over an hours drive from Geneva airport in the heart of the Portes du Soleil which offers 350km of marked paths for mountain biking, walking and hiking. Just a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in the village but benefits from the fantastic views and tranquil setting the alps are famous for. This rental accommodation has an outside Hot Tub and all mod cons, and is ideally situated for summer activity holidays such as mountain biking, walking, hiking, swimming, watersports, fishing, golfing, and horse-riding.
France at it's best, superb range of very different French holiday property. Note that the Alpine chalet has two sites, one for Winter and one for Summer. The rural Vendee gites work equally well as one 11 bedroom site for up to 30 people, or as individual gites catering for slightly smaller groups. The villa in La Tranche is ideal if you like to spend most days on the beach and to be able to walk into a small town. We can also offer for our customers discounted ferry and tunnel crossings, along with advice on best routes to take. All villa prices are inclusive of bills, bedding, local taxes etc etc, and per villa regardless of numbers staying. Note that there are more beds in the accommodation than we recommend numbers of people staying, this is to give additional flexibility.
